AVL Powertrain Engineering's Vice President of Sales is responsible for market development and sales growth through acquisition of customer projects and for setting up long-term business relations with the customer. This role will develop strategic sales plans based on company objectives and goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. In addition to growing sales and establishing business strategies, a collaborative working relationship between this position and the engineering team is required in order to deliver successfully. This position will directly lead the PEI sales team.
*Qualified candidates must possess at least 15 years of experience in the automotive industry; electrification experience is preferred.
