  • Overview

    AVL is looking for a developer able to architect and lead development of web applications based on MEAN stack: Angular4-6 as a frontend framework and/or MongoDB/NodeJS/Express as backend/data layers.


    Someone who is highly motivated to learn. Someone eager to dive into new technologies. Experience with or interest in automobiles would be a plus.

    Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems.




    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering
    • 2 years of experience

    This position is open for coder who has knowledge either in development of frontend web applications or backend services, data modelling and architecture.


    Frontend web developer: 

    • Angular4-6, TypeScript, RxJS
    • HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES5, ES6, ES7)
    • Frontend tooling workflows: Node.js (npm), Angular-Cli, WebPack
    • Responsive Web Design (RWD) patterns
    • Debugging of front-end code (Chrome DevTools)
    • Testing frontend JavaScript (Angular) code — Jasmine and Protractor
    • Communication skills (wireframes, rapid prototypes, PoC’s, white boarding)

    Backend developer/data architect:

    • RESTful APIs
    • MongoDB (primary) and SQL data architect
    • Backend services and micro-services with Node.js, Express and JavaScript/TypeScript
    • Container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Message-oriented platforms (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
