AVL Powertrain Engineering, Inc. is looking for an experienced engineer in the driveline area. Qualified candidates will possess at least 5 years of applicable experience. Candidates must also possess customer interfacing skills and have experience leading engineers. Transmission or chasis controls experience is also beneficial. In this position the engineer will be responsbile for the development and integration of the control system, will be required to work directly with the customer and the Technical Specialist on needed topics, and will be responsible for directly working with AVL affiliaties as well. In addition, this position will provide technical and program expertise and mentoring to Skill Team and Cross-Functional engineering program team activities.
